J&#8217;ignore et je continue vers mon auberge. A peine deux minutes plus tard, un autre groupe de jeunes passe en voiture. La voiture ralentit en me voyant et ils gueulent quelque chose en roumain en rigolant, avant de repartir.<strong> Oh putain&#8230; Va falloir faire gaffe&#8230;<\/strong> A vouloir jouer les puristes et aller dans des endroits hors des sentiers battus&#8230; entre la Roumanie et l&#8217;Ukraine, d\u00e9tient le triste record du pays le plus pauvre d&#8217;Europe.<\/strong> Et ce pays, ainsi que Chisinau, n&#8217;attire pas les foules. L&#8217;auberge o\u00f9 je logeais a pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 accueilli des centaines de voyageurs, et la g\u00e9rante m&#8217;a dit &#8220;<em>Wow depuis le temps que je suis ici! Au passage, plusieurs restos sont ouverts 24\/24 ici!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Est ce que ce manque d&#8217;argent p\u00e8se sur les gens? Il faut croire&#8230; <strong>Les gens font la gueule, pas de sourire, regards fuyants.<\/strong> Je tente une petite blague \u00e0 la caissi\u00e8re du supermarch\u00e9. Elle sourit trois secondes, pr\u00eate \u00e0 rigoler, puis son visage se referme aussit\u00f4t. Sans aucun <em>eye contact<\/em>. Je me renseigne. Allez \u00e0 Chisinau!<\/strong> En attendant, soyons honn\u00eates, les gens ne vont pas la bas. Et vu qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas vraiment de tourisme, les gens parlent peu anglais. Je n&#8217;ai pas vu de boutiques de souvenirs dans la rue alors qu&#8217;il y en a dans TOUTES les capitales europ\u00e9ennes. Je peux prendre une photo avec toi?<\/em>&#8220;. Ca surprend toujours <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beenaroundtheglobe.com\/fr\/quand-locaux-veulent-photo-toi\/\" target=\"_blank\">quand des locaux veulent une photo de toi<\/a>. Mais rien de bien m\u00e9chant, donc je m\u2019ex\u00e9cute&#8230; J&#8217;entends comme \u00e0 Bucarest des &#8220;<em>Wassup bro<\/em>?&#8221;, j&#8217;ai droit \u00e0 des sourires, des signes de t\u00eate, des coucou de la main de mecs qui passent en voiture&#8230; Un moldave a tenu \u00e0 me serrer la main et \u00e0 me toucher le bras, il \u00e9tait trop content! Malgr\u00e9 les panneaux disant de ne pas nager car l&#8217;eau est sale, les gens font trempette&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai discut\u00e9 avec plusieurs moldaves qui m&#8217;ont TOUS (sans exception!) demand\u00e9 &#8220;<em>Pourquoi tu viens ici? Qu&#8217;est ce que tu fais l\u00e0? Il n&#8217;y a rien&#8230;<\/em>&#8221; Et <strong>il y aurait 1.5 million de moldaves (sur 3.5 millions) qui auraient quitt\u00e9 le pays, dans l&#8217;espoir d&#8217;un avenir meilleur ailleurs.<\/strong> Pour ceux qui restent, c&#8217;est la d\u00e9brouille pour gagner sa vie. J&#8217;ai vu une vieille dame, d&#8217;au moins 80 ans, vendre des pommes au bord de la route. Elle n&#8217;a pas peur, vu la conduite sauvage des moldaves. L&#8217;ambiance y est vraiment particuli\u00e8re. <strong>C&#8217;est un m\u00e9lange de campagne, et de logements HLM dans une capitale.<\/strong> Il y a beaucoup de quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels, et une rue principale (le boulevard Stefan Cel Mare). J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement remarqu\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sence polici\u00e8re importante dans la rue, les <em>carabinieri<\/em>. Tous tr\u00e8s jeunes, assis dans leur cabine \u00e0 attendre. Ils ont leur monnaie, leur constitution, leur pr\u00e9sident, leur gouvernement&#8230; Reconnu par personne! J&#8217;ai failli aller \u00e0 Tiraspol (leur capitale), mais je me suis ravis\u00e9&#8230; J&#8217;avais lu que \u00e7a pouvait \u00eatre dangereux, mais ceux que j&#8217;ai crois\u00e9 et qui y sont all\u00e9s m&#8217;ont dit que pas du tout!
